Hanukkah Oreo Double Cream Sufganiyot (Doughnuts) In 10 Minutes

We all love Hanukkah! The smell of Sufganiot's the air, family and candles' lighting... For you we have chosen to reveal the best-kept secret of Zabilo Blog-tasting donuts Oreo. And it's just 10 minutes of work!



Ingredients:


Dough ingredients:

Flour: 3 cups

Baking powder: 1

1 egg

1.5 tablespoons of oil (and oil for deep frying)

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Warm water: 1 cup


Topping ingredients:

12 Double Cream Oreo cookies

Milk: ½ cup

Vanilla sugar: 2 bags


Preparation:


Place all ingredients into dough donuts one big bowl and stir with a whisk, until it's smooth.

Put the bowl of dough over a bigger bowl with warm water and cover it with a clean towel.
Let the dough rest 30min.
Take 12 Oreo Double Cream and separate the cream and the cookies.
In the bowl with cream, add one half cup of milk and 2 bags of vanilla sugar and mix until you get a uniform cream (to speed up processes, can be heated for 10 seconds in the microwave).
Take a small part of the cookies and break into quarters.

Grind the rest of the cookies in a zipper bag.
Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat.
Shape the dough as you like. Fry until the Doughnut is golden colored.
Place the Doughnuts on a tray with paper towels and let them cool a little ...
Dip the Doughnuts in the white cream first and then the crushed cookies.

Decoration should be added to the quarters of the cookies we left on.
