Is it possible to cancel a transaction that I made in the Internet mall, but not because of a defect or incompatibility in the product?

 
Zabilo's customers are entitled to cancel the transactions executed on Zabilo.com, The Online Mall, under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (herein after: "the Law"). To cancel such a transaction, contact our customer service center with personal details or payment details. This will be backed up by a detailed e-mail to the e-mail address indicated above.
 

Are there any restrictions to cancel a transaction or return a product?

 

Yes. Transaction cancellations will only be approved from the day of the order until 14 days after the day of the order on zabilo.com.
 
Assuming that the cause of this procedure is not related to a defect or incompatibility in the product, the product must be returned in its original  and closed packaging, where absolutely no use has been tampered with, and the product must be re-sold.
Products whose packaging have been damaged will not be accepted by Zabilo, and there will be no possibility of canceling a transaction except in cases where discrepancy or defect in the product has been discovered.
 

How can I return a product I purchased through the Zabilo?

You can return the product you received after updating with the Zabilo Customer Service Center. During the call with the customer service center, a representative will provide you with options for returning the product. It should be noted that the shipment of the products for the purpose of return  or defect in the product will not be paid for by the customers. However, in case of cancellation of the transaction not for fault or non-conformity, the cost of shipping will be at the customer's expense.

For canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or product incompatibility, Zabilo will charge 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 (whichever is cheaper). The product must be returned within 14 days.

No, in this case, the collection will take up to 14 business days in coordination with Zabilo customer service center. The importer will bear the cost of handling in this case. It should be noted that Zabilo -The Online Mall, will act vigorously for the benefit of their customers in order to provide them with a quick and useful solution as soon as possible in the event of a defective product, malfunction or incompatibility in the product, Zabilo will make every effort to provide the right product and install it in the customer's home.
 

I received the product (s) I ordered packed in their original packaging, what should I do?

 Attention should be paid to the following instances:
 
When receiving a shipment of products that do not require installation by a technician (eg: televisions, freezers, etc.), when the shipment is received and not yet signed, the shipment must be opened in the presence of the carrier. The signing of the receipt of the shipment constitutes confirmation that the product supplied to the customer is correct and ready to be used. If the product is defective, do not sign the receipt of the product, contact Zabilo's customer service center at 03-6044011.
 
If you receive an order requiring technician installation, the product should be left in its original packaging. Opening the original packaging before the arrival of the technician may invalidate the warranty certificate, as damage to the product may occur, and thus the warranty certificate may be nullified. During the technician's visit, the electrical device will be inspected, and the technician will provide the relevant warranty certificate for the product. If the device is defective, the technician will contact the importer, and provide a picture of the defect in order to get a replacement.

 
If I received a defective product or a different product from the product I ordered, what should I do?

 In the case of a defective product and the malfunction is a technical failure, contact the importer by telephone and activate the warranty given on the device. If the defect differs from this, , please contact Zabilo's customer service center immediately for further treatment.
 
It should be noted that the cost of transporting, collecting, loading, and returning shipping in the event of a defective product or a product mismatch will not be at the customer's expense. In this case, the cost involved will be the responsibility of the importer of the purchased product.
 

Can I return products I bought on sale?

Yes, you can return products purchased in the offer, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that the refund or credit will be for the amount paid for the product and not for the full price of the product.
 

In what cases will the shipping cost not be refunded?

 In the case of return and cancellation of a product that is not due to a defect or incompatibility in the product.
