We send you an email at each step of your order, we invite you to check your emails regularly for updates.If you didn't receive an order confirmation, please contact us and we'll send you a new one. 

Yes, you have the possibility to cancel, or change an order once you've placed it. 
Please note however that in the case you cancel your order, there are cancellation fees of 5% or 100sh of the product value.

Please contact our Customer service to verify if your order has already been shipped. In the case your order has not been shipped yet, we will add the new order to in the same package to save you time and additional shipping costs.

There can be several reasons why your order was canceled. One or more items in your order might be out of stock, or there may be issues with your payment. 
Once you place an order, you receive an e-mail that will tell you if your order was canceled and why.

No, the warranty is not valid for appliances for businesses since Zabilo Marketplace sells appliances intended for home use only, and not for a professional use.

Yes, when you purchased a product at the Zabillo, you actually purchased the product directly from the official importer. In this case the warranty will be given by the official importer.
All products have a one year warranty.
In addition, there are additional warranty terms such as additional years or additional payment for extending the warranty directly with the importer or the importer's representative.
The products sold at the Zabillo are intended for personal and household use and therefore product warranty is not valid for businesses or for products intended for non-personal use only.

Once you added your items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on your cart, at the top of every page. After providing your information, such as your shipping adress, you can choose a payment method. 

To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website.

As soon as your PayPal account is set up, log into your Zabilo account and add a new payment method. Just select PayPal from the list of options and click 'save'. Once you've done this, you won't need to add your details again. If PayPal has successfully been added as a payment method on your account, it will appear as a payment option at the checkout.

On some products, you can see the years of warranty, followed by additional years of warranty for a higher amount. Indeed, you can choose to opt for a longer warranty, in which case the corresponding amount will be paid to the supplier who will deliver / install your product to the indicated address.

If you use Paypal as a payment method, you can pay in US Dollars. Otherwise, you can pay in Shekel on the website.

If your payment is authorized, it will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know that there was an incident with your payment.

An other way to win a voucher is to refer a friend on Zabilo. Invite your relatives to join us and get a voucher when they sign up, and when they place their first order. 
Also note that when you subscribe with a sponsorship link, you automatically earn 25 ₪. We know how to welcome you :) 
Finally, you can find ZABs on every product page. These ZABs stand for the points you get when you buy a product. They can be converted afterwards in a voucher you can use on your next order.

On each product page, you can see the number of ZABs you earn if you decide to purchase this product , thanks to our loyalty program. Your cart will total an amount in ZAB, which can be converted into a discount coupon for a next purchase.

5 ZAB = 1 ₪, and your voucher will be valid for 100 days.
The reward is validated once the delivery deadline is exceeded, that is to say 14 days after purchase.
Your coupon will then be used on your next order, with a minimum value of 250. Please note, however, that this coupon is not cumulative with other coupons acquired through sponsorship or otherwise.
This does not work for promotional items.

Zabilo offers several referral options, so that you can be rewarded in many ways:
  • Invite your friends to join us and receive a reward
Submit your sponsorship on social networks, give your referral link to your friends, or post it on the Internet. 
Once 3 of yours friends have registered, you receive 30 ₪, but the reward also applies to each person who registers via a sponsorship: Each godchild receives 25 ₪ when he subscribes.
  • Receive a reward when your referred friend  places an order
As soon as your referred friend places his first order with a minimum value of 400 ₪, receive 40 ₪. An e-mail will be sent to notify you of the reward.
  • Be rewarded for your purchased items
On each product page, you can consult the number of ZABs you earn if you decide to buy this product. Afterwards, these ZABs can be converted into a coupon for a next purchase, with a minimum value of 250 NIS.

Luckily, we are able let you know if or when the item will be back in stock.

If you’re searching for a product you can use the search bar at the top of every page. 
You can also browse each category of product using the Categories tab at the top of every page. 

You're able to 'save' items in a Wishlist, so you can send it to your friends afterwards. 
The 'Add to whishlist' button is on each product page next to the 'Add to cart' button. You can view your complete Whislist in your Account page. Once you click on "My Wishlists", you can rename it, and send it to several email adresses.
The people you send it to will automatically receive an email with a direct link to your list.

If you're having trouble with the website, you can try to close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.
If you're still having problems, the website may be undergoing maintenance. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you need to use it immediately.

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive emails from us. These include order and return Confirmation emails, shipping confirmations, password reminders and any responses from our Customer Care team.

Yes, you are required to create an account and provide personal information to start shopping and selling on Zabilo. 
In order to become a Registered User, you must provide your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address, password, company registration number and valid credit card information. If you are an entity, the person whose email address is associated with the account shall have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms and Conditions. Zabilo reserves the right to require additional details in order to properly set up your Registered User account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and agree not to transfer your email address or password.
